About the event
Learn and be attuned to Reiki Level 1. You will leave with a knowledge of channeling the life force energy of Reiki. In this class you will be given the first symbol of Reiki and be introduced to grounding practicies and chakras. This class will give you the tools to treat yourself, family, pets and plants with Reiki. Guided meditations and practices to integrate Reiki into your life are given. Level 1 and 2 book Reiki Healing Touch is included. Bring yout own lunch.
