Why Breathe?
Breathing is our sacred life force. We live in times where the air we breathe and how we breathe, may not be healthy for us. When we breathe fully, we detox our physical body of toxins we are carrying, as well as emotions/ wounds that have been stuck in our being and which no longer serve us.
Breathwork can regenerate our cells and heal us from the inside out.
The benefits of guided breathwork is to release stress and anxiety, aid in calming the mind, and open the body to release tension and pain, restoring your connection to your power and life purpose.
Breathwork connects you to your inner spirit and subconscious. It helps anyone with their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical healing guidance. Growth and awakening transform our body, mind, and spirit.
