This experience is designed to help release what no longer serves you, unburden your body and open your chakras to make space for the energy, intentions, and possibilities ahead.

We have thick mats to support you however feel free to bring your yoga mat as extra cushion. If you prefer a reclining chair we ask that you bring one with you. The best way to receive a restful sound healing is fully supported from head to toe.
