About the event
Eka & Lee ( Leonora) are offering this meditation as an opportunity to intentionally create awareness and clearing in each of your chakras. This will be the first in a series of 7 meditations taking you each month into a Journey through your Chakras. We begin on Feb 14th with the focus on the Heart Chakra. You will leave with a brief overview of information about your Heart Chakra. This experience is designed to help release what no longer serves you, unburden your body and open your heart to make space for the energy, intentions, and possibilities ahead.
Bring your yoga mat, eye mask and wear comfortable clothes Meditation and sound can be shared by sitting or laying down. We are looking forward to sharing this healing Meditation with you! Thank you for trusting us!
