The experience is designed to help release what no longer serves you, unburden your body and open your heart to make space for the energy, intentions, and possibilities ahead.
Bring your yoga mat, eye mask and wear comfortable clothes Meditation and sound can be shared by sitting or laying down. We are looking forward to bringing in the new year with you!
